Although this article is a year old, it’s a great story following Don Beusman as he celebrates his 60th year of heading into the woods in pursuit of food for his family’s table.  By hunting for food and preparing his harvest with his family, Beusman represents a “growing segment of sportsmen who want to know more about preparing their game or fish for consumption, a trend related to the “eat local” food movement,” according to one of our main Wild Harvest Table representatives, Moira Tidball.  If you hunt, love food, or just love walking through the woods, you will definitely enjoy the angle of this story.
